Spanning over a million square feet, our complex utilizes a state-of-the-art 1.3 million gallons thermal storage chilled water system to maintain cool environments efficiently. Located underground near Shake Shack, this system chills water overnight to 35 degrees and circulates it throughout the day, significantly reducing our peak-hour electricity consumption and ensuring cost-effective operations. This system demonstrates our commitment to sustainability and showcases our engineering team's expertise in creating a comfortable and energy-efficient work environment.
