In a shocking decision, the U.S. Supreme Court recently ruled that cities can ban people from sleeping or camping in public places, even when there's nowhere else to go. This gives a green light to communities across the country to criminalize homelessness: fining, ticketing, or arresting people just for trying to survive. From local ordinances to state laws, the threats to our unhoused neighbors are growing by the day. We can push our elected officials to support solutions that actually work, not just punish those in need. And at the heart of it all is the power of our VOTE – a tool to hold our leaders accountable!

Every. Single. Vote. Matters. According to the CO Secretary of State, in the recent CO primary election, a mere 25.99% of registered voters made their voices heard. That's less than 1 in 4 people! But we can do better; the nation saw its highest turnout in 120 years back in 2020; Colorado had the 4th highest estimated turnout rate at 77.1%!
