    If I felt tired, stressed out, unhappy, and unfulfilled and wanted to change my life, I would begin by starting in these 3 areas and doing this: Step 1: Focusing On My Nutrition And The Food I Put In My Body -Eating whole foods makes you feel better and have more energy. -When you cut out processed foods, you'll experience less brain fog, energy crashes, and lethargy. -When you feel better, clearer, and more energized, you will start to make decisions from a place of empowerment. Step 2: Moving Your Body For at least 30 Minutes Every Day Most people overlook this crucial step. They lack the energy to move because they don't move! However, once you start incorporating daily movement into your routine, your body will reward you with more energy. Whether it be: -Walking/jogging for 30 minutes -Lifting weights -Biking -Swimming -Yoga A body in motion stays in motion! Step 3: Get 7-8 hours of sleep a night This isn't easy. But if you can do this, you will gain: -More energy -Better Focus -Improved mood Don't skip this step. Strong cells and strong people have the energy to stay young, active, and live with vitality. They can follow their desires to do the things that matter to them in this world. Energy is the most precious resource in life. If you focus on these three areas, you will be rewarded with that precious resource. It took me years to crystallize these steps—I hope this helps.
