About us
The Main Line Chamber of Commerce is the area's influential business advocate committed to ENABLING members to succeed, PROMOTING economic growth in the region, DEVELOPING an informed business community, and ENHANCING the quality of life on the Main Line. The reasons that businesses join the Main Line Chamber can vary greatly from one business to the next. Certainly, a business's geographic location can be a factor. The Main Line stretches from City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd westward along Lancaster Avenue to Frazer. North-South boundaries are typically viewed as Route 202 to the north and Route 3 (West Chester Pike) to the south. Equally important is a business's desire to have a presence or establish or maintain a marketing presence in the Main Line Region. Still others join for the group benefits plans, the networking opportunities, the seminar programs and the promotional opportunities. Many join to be a part of an organization that is growing, positive and worthwhile. The Main Line Chamber is the second largest of 28 chambers operating in Delaware, Chester and Montgomery Counties. Members range in size from one-person, home-based businesses to the largest employers in the area.
