TMG was established by two industry professionals who had previously worked in leadership positions for some of the most prominent construction organizations in the New York metropolitan area. The firm's owners, Jerry Martin, Patrick Hynes, and Andre Grebenstein have over 75 years combined construction management experience, having completed a wide array of projects ranging from single family luxury residential dwellings to mission critical telecommunication facilities. TMG offers a full array of construction services including estimating, purchasing, consulting, and general contracting.
