Is your boss a Queen Bee? 🐝 (5/5)
Here is the final trait that demonstrates your boss might be a queen bee:
5 - Nurturing Growth: Queen Bees play a vital role ensuring the hive's growth. Leaders should invest in the growth and development of their team members. This includes setting time aside for development as the expectation rather than the exception.

4 - Resilience: Queen Bees are resilient in the face of challenges. Likewise, leaders who demonstrate resilience and adaptability during tough times inspire their teams to overcome obstacles and strive for excellence. Interestingly, when can resilience also become a toxic trait in the workplace? https://lnkd.in/ejPrJg2x

According to a Forbes article, pollinators are responsible for just over 1 out of every 3 bites of food we eat. Honeybees play a large role.
Keeping bees not only produces wonderfully flavorful local honey but is also a great reason to let native plants (sadly branded weeds by some) work their way back into the ecosystem! This benefits not only honeybees but other native pollinators as well. All of which work tirelessly to put food on our tables!
