Play pickleball and live longer! Our players rave about pickleball for three standout reasons: 1) It's a perfect stressbuster after a long day at work, 2) It fosters strong social connections, and 3) It keeps them healthy and fit.
"If there is a connection between racquet sports and somewhat better levels of mortality and perhaps brain health, that might be due to the fact that it’s not simply exercise, it’s exercise with others — and social interaction has been found to have benefits for cognitive and brain health."
Can pickleball, tennis and other racquet sports really help you live longer?

Great energy at today's Intermediate Round Robin at The Pickleball Club of Tysons! The players also got a chance to have a free spinal screening done by Dr. Byron Lam of RxWellness, our Vienna neighbor. #pickleball #tysonspickleball #viennapickleball #novapickleball
