I emailed the hotel and received a phone call within the hour from a representative letting me know that the sweater was found and that arrangements would be made to have it sent to me. The next day, a manager called to let me know that the sweater was being sent by UPS using my credit card information. Both staff members could not have been more helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet where all the food is cooked correctly: crispy bacon, oatmeal that is the right texture and right amount of salt, clean fresh fruit array, eggs that are not overcooked.
