A public celebration of the life and legacy of Harry Belafonte will be held at The Riverside Church on Friday, March 1, 2024. The celebration, featuring remarks, musical tributes, and video messages, will begin at 6PM and will also be live-streamed. We are disheartened by the Senate’s vote to reject Resolution 504, which requested a report on Israel’s human rights practices and U.S. military aid to Israel. Earlier this month, The Riverside Church joined 74 other organizations in signing a letter to U.S. Senators in support of Resolution 504.
