The Ruhlin Company’s Summer Internship program for 2024 culminated with a presentation by all participants on August 9 at the Sharon Townhall. This year’s program had 14 participants, the most in Ruhlin’s history. Scholarships were given in the amount of $2,000, $1,000, and $500 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. First place winner was Mya Garcia an intern with the Human Resources Department and a student at The Ohio State University. Second place winner was Jonathan Powell an intern with the Safety Department and a student at The University of Akron. Third place winner was Michael Mog an intern with the Building Division and a student at The Ohio State University. Congratulations to all the winners! Congratulations to the Ruhlin Company Building Division as they were selected as the CMR for the Coleman Health Services and the Stark County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery Board’s new Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) and Behavior Health Urgent Care (BHUC) in Canton, Ohio. The project consists of demolishing the existing 12,400 SF building and constructing a new two story 21,000 SF building. The CSU will consist of ten bedrooms, common space, support spaces such as a group room, and an exterior courtyard. The BHUC will consist of an adult (10 Chair) 23/HR Hold unit and an Assessment unit (20 Chair) both with their own restrooms and common space. The building also includes administrative and nurse support spaces including a central nurse station, offices, and open office. #ruhlin #CMR #Canton #ColemanHealthServices # StarkCountyMentalHealth

Congratulations to the Ruhlin Company Building Division as they have been selected as the CMR for the James Outpatient – Advanced Imaging Linac project. The project will consist of construction of a new advanced image guided radiotherapy unit to be installed in an existing radiation shielded vault at The James Outpatient Care facility. The project will include a treatment room and all supporting spaces such as control room, equipment room, restroom and changing room. #ruhlin #OSU #healthcare
