  • We are thrilled to share our transformative project at RAF Welford! 🚀 We’re taking bold steps to redefine RAF Welford as a cutting-edge hub for munitions storage and military operations while celebrating the site's natural beauty and rich heritage. Through an innovative collaborative process, we’ve developed a comprehensive District Plan (DP) and District Development Execution Plan (DDEP) to guide strategic investments and infrastructure enhancements over the coming years. Our approach not only maximizes Net Explosive Weight (NEW) capacity but also incorporates the latest safety standards, optimizes facility use, and revitalizes aging infrastructure. This visionary project sets a new benchmark in military planning, merging security, operational excellence, and environmental stewardship. Proud to contribute to this game-changing initiative! 🌟 #Innovation #MilitaryExcellence #EnvironmentalStewardship #StrategicPlanning #Leadership

  • 🎺 Proud to share exciting news about "Pershing’s Own," The United States Army Band! 🎶 Since 1922, TUSAB has been the heartbeat of America’s most significant national and ceremonial events, from presidential inaugurations to state funerals. But even legends need a little TLC, and it’s high time TUSAB gets the state-of-the-art facility it deserves! "A modern band training facility with element-specific rehearsal zones, flexible spaces, and acoustically controlled rooms." - Planning Vision We’re working on a comprehensive Customer Concept Document (CCD) to make this happen at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH). This isn’t just any blueprint—it’s packed with a parametric cost estimate, project description, preliminary designs, and much more. We're thinking of everything, from energy performance to climate resiliency, ensuring this 95,022-square-foot space is ready to support TUSAB’s mission for generations to come. Excited to see TUSAB continue its legacy of precision, professionalism, and patriotism in a facility that truly matches its historic and cultural significance. Stay tuned for more updates! 🎵 #MilitaryMusic #PershingsOwn #USArmyBand #Leadership #Innovation #CulturalHeritage

  • 🌟 Exciting News! 🌟 We are proud to announce that our very own, Greg Dorn, has achieved the Certified Cost Technician (CCT) designation through the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE). This prestigious certification allows us to review all project estimates in-house, meeting the U.S. Army’s requirement for certified cost estimators. Greg’s accomplishment not only enhances our operational efficiency but also eliminates the need to outsource, saving both time and resources. This is a huge advantage for our team and clients, ensuring our estimates are accurate and reliable. Congratulations, Greg, on this well-deserved achievement! Your hard work and dedication are truly game-changing for our organization. Thank you, and here’s to many more successes together! 🎉
