We are proud to announce that Loudjina Auguste, MHA has been appointed as the new General Manager of The Bristal at York Avenue! Loudjina embarked on her journey with us as an Assistant Administrator at The Bristal at Massapequa. With her dedication and exceptional performance, she was promoted to be Executive Director of The Bristal at North Hills. Her remarkable passion and dedication to both residents and team members have been truly inspiring. We can't wait to see what this next chapter has in store for her. Congratulations Loudjina!

From water balloon fights and talent shows, to dunk tanks and barbecues, it has been an incredible week in The Bristal communities as they celebrated Team Member Appreciation Week! The Bristal at West Babylon hosted a special event to raise funds during Team Member Appreciation Week. Lifestyle Coordinator, Jack Braun, shaved his head to celebrate the community coming together to raise $500 for The Spark Foundation. This week, Ultimate Care Assisted Living Management proudly hosted our inaugural benefit to launch The Spark Foundation! The Spark Foundation was inspired by the dedicated team members at Ultimate Care Assisted Living Management, The Bristal Assisted Living, 305 West End Assisted Living, and Encore Luxury Living. These individuals have consistently supported and cared for one another during times of unforeseen hardship. This foundation serves as a small token of our gratitude to these team members, who tirelessly work every day to ensure the well-being and happiness of residents in the communities. We extend our heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended the event and contributed to The Spark Foundation. Together, we shine brighter. 

We’re excited to announce that Biljana Nikolovski will be joining our team as our new Executive Director of The Bristal at Waldwick! Biljana brings with her many years of healthcare and assisted living experience. Her experience includes working as a Memory Care Coordinator and later as an Associate Executive Director. Biljana is known for her deep passion and respect for both residents and team members as she sees the community as her extended family.

Happy Shavuot! Residents at The Bristal at Armonk celebrated Shavuot together with their local Rabbi.

Happy 5th Anniversary to The Bristal at Englewood! To mark this milestone, The Bristal at Englewood hosted a cocktail party for industry professionals and team members. The evening featured a live harpist, delicious food, and heartfelt speeches from team members, Mayor of Englewood Michael Wildes, and one of the first residents to move into the community, Phyllis! A special thank you to the dining team for their stunning presentation of appetizers, action stations, beverages, and desserts. It was a magical evening!
