Back-to-school season is here! 📚 Meet Jeb Gary, a Strategist II in our Connect department who invested in his education using Pilot’s Tuition Reimbursement benefit. Jeb pursued his Master’s in Business Analytics to keep up with the advancing analytics world. Not only did he learn valuable technical skills, but he also expanded his professional network and gained clarity on his career path. “Now I can have far more technical conversations with our data science partners, which ultimately creates a better end product,” he shared with us. Jeb also shared advice to others who are considering using the benefit: “Prepare for the time commitment. Last week, we celebrated our partnership with Tennessee Athletics in Neyland Stadium! Team members enjoyed live music from Drew and Ellie Holcomb and appearances from special guests like Coach Josh Heupel, Danny White, UT athletes and more. We had a blast celebrating with our team members in such a special place.

This summer, we launched our new brand campaign, "See You Out Here," to celebrate the upbeat feeling and freedom of the open road. This campaign embodies our purpose to "show people they matter at every turn" by creating a deeper connection between Pilot and the experiences drivers crave. With the launch of this campaign, we're taking strides to make Pilot a household name. As our Chief Marketing Officer, Adrienne Ingoldt, perfectly puts it, "Everyone knows the middle of nowhere can be the greatest somewhere." Earlier this month, team members across Pilot participated in our annual Innovate Hackathon! Teams addressed real company challenges and showcased innovative solution prototypes, and the top three teams won donations to a nonprofit organization of their choice.
