Goodbye, stuffy hotel ballrooms. 🎵 Whether you're playing a record or unveiling a corporate positioning statement, the experience adds to the value. 🆘 Know who has access to your brand's social media accounts before a crisis emerges. 😇 Nobody asks, "are you a good person?" before seeking ethical counsel. For the first time in 27 years, the U.S. government has changed how it categorizes race and ethnicity for census reporting. To more accurately categorize residents who identify as Hispanic and of Middle Eastern and North African heritage, questions about race and ethnicity will be combined, allowing respondents to select from multiple categories. Additionally, federal forms have removed the terms “majority” and “minority” because they fail to reflect the nation’s complex racial and ethnic diversity. As language evolves at the federal level, it's important to be aware of these updates and ensure the use of inclusive and accurate terminology.
