At tillo, we partner with individuals and families who can afford a monthly mortgage payment, but don’t want to tap into a large portion of their savings to fund the entire down payment. tillo’s investment in your home is an equity investment, not debt. Meaning that we do not require interest payments and we share in the ups and downs of your home's value. Founded in 2021 and currently operating in Austin, Texas.
