  • Congratulations Ela Jensen for receiving the Daisy Award! Ela Jensen is known for going out of her way to care for patients at Timpanogos Regional Hospital who are battling cancer. This includes writing letters of encouragement to patients before treatments, calling to check on them, and becoming their friend. But her kindness doesn't stop there, she also runs a monthly breast cancer support group where survivors come together to learn and socialize. Thank you, Ela, for showing up for the community and improving the lives of those you serve! #WeShowUp

  • It's EMS week and Timpanogos Regional Hospital is celebrating those serving in our community. 🚑 This week we pause to recognize the contributions of each generation, the people who dreamed that we could save more lives and have less suffering, and then found ways to make it happen. It’s also about inspiring EMS clinicians just starting out and the young people who haven’t even discovered EMS yet. It’s about learning from the challenges and building on the successes of the last five decades. It’s about forging our future—a future in which the next generation has the tools they need to deliver compassionate care and alleviate suffering in communities everywhere. 🚒 At a celebratory dinner, the following individuals received these distinguished awards: Lehi Fire Department: Colton Nordberg-Distinguished Service Award Jeremy Sparks-Distinguished Service Award Paul Hill-Life Saving Award Saratoga Springs Fire & Rescue: Tyson Frazier- Service Achievement Award Isaac Ostler- Clinical Excellence Award Cache Kenemore-Clinical Excellence Award Lone Peak Fire: Brian Hodson-Community Service Award Taylor Lythgoe-Clinical Excellence Award Amanda Jolley-Clinical Excellence Award American Fork Fire & Rescue: Adam Casper- Clinical Excellence Award Heikoti Maile (JR)- Clinical Excellence Award Sean Kent- Clinical Excellence Award Pleasant Grove City Fire Department - PGFD: Kyle Hardy- Distinguished Service Award Kage Hall- Distinguished Service Award Ricky Fassbinder- Life Saving Award Orem Fire Department: Ryan Garside- Paramedic of the Year Award Greg Hicken- Outstanding CC Paramedic Award Blake Odekirk- Clinical Excellence Award AirLife Utah: Tiffani Holley-Educator of the Year- Flight Medic Valerie Cook- Educator of the Year – Flight Nurse
