Last week was the final offsite of the 2023-2024 Tokio Marine Next Generation Leadership Program! The offsite kicked off with a fun team building activity in NYC, including a tour of the East Village. As a finale to the program, participants presented their synergy proposal projects to over twelve Tokio Marine Group global leaders. In the evening, they celebrated their 12 months of hard work with a cruise around the Hudson. Congratulations to our TMNAS participants: Hemant Anugonda, Nick Cerminara, Andrew Heid, Tuan Nguyen and Caryn Noble & the entire 2023-2024 cohort on completing the Next Generation Leadership Program!
