16 years ago, Todd Hensel received seven miraculous gifts of life as a seven-organ transplant recipient. His partner, Carrie Meehan, later wrote a book about their transplant journey titled "My Miracle Man: The Deaths and Life of a Seven-Organ Transplant Recipient." Donor Tribute: Grayson Moser "Our son, Grayson, battled an incurable, aggressive pediatric brain tumor for 23 months before receiving his ultimate healing in Heaven just two weeks after he turned 16. He had checked the box to register as an organ and tissue donor when he got his learner’s permit. Because of his brain cancer and treatments, he suffered many neurological deficits, including a significant amount of vision loss, however, each of his corneas were donated to two different patients and restored their vision. It’s so amazing to think he could not see, but his corneas were perfect and were able to help two patients receive the gift of eyesight.
