Our mission is to break down the barriers to mental health support and provide resources, workshops, and outreach to empower communities in their journey toward well-being. We are committed to creating an inclusive, informed, and supportive environment for individuals to learn about and discuss mental health. Position Overview: TogetherWell is seeking an experienced and passionate Board Member who specializes in fundraising to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our fundraising strategies, expanding our donor network, and ensuring the financial sustainability of our programs. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in fundraising, a deep commitment to mental health advocacy, and the vision to drive our financial growth to support our mission. Key Responsibilities: ~Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of fundraising initiatives to support TogetherWell's mission and financial goals. ~Leverage networks and relationships to identify and engage new donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities. ~Work closely with other board members and the executive team to align fundraising strategies with the organization's objectives and programs. ~Advise on best practices in fundraising, donor relations, and financial management. ~Participate actively in board meetings and committees, contributing to the overall strategic direction of TogetherWell. ~Serve as an ambassador for TogetherWell, representing the organization at events, conferences, and meetings to enhance its visibility and support. Qualifications: ~Extensive experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of securing significant financial support for non-profit organizations. ~Strong network of contacts in philanthropy, business, or related fields. ~Deep understanding of and commitment to mental health advocacy. ~Strategic thinker with the ability to provide guidance on fundraising trends, techniques, and opportunities. ~Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders. ~Commitment to the values and mission of TogetherWell and the willingness to dedicate time and expertise to advance its impact.
