3 days to go and our team has been working till 3 am for the Creators Meetup!   2 months back, we all sat and planned for Topmate’s birthday party aka creators meetup. While we thought it would be like just any other marketing campaign, the response we saw was massive. Countless queries on every team member’s DM, over 3 million votes, +1700 users from 23 countries participating, and some goof-ups! There were moments when we thought, “Will we be able to pull this off?”. But a huge shoutout to my team for putting all their heart and soul into this. While I took a short break from work, retrospecting everything happening around me, here’s what I realized: ---> Investing in people is still the best strategy for business. Everything else comes after. ---> It's a two-way street. You need to show appreciation to your team and give strong reasons to stay motivated.
