Love buffalo sauce? Hate making it, just to see the emulsification break 10 minutes later? So did we. So we made our own- including the hot sauce. We used Fire Tongue Farms dried cayenne peppers to create our hot sauce base, yielding a rich buffalo sauce, that is deep in flavor, isn't too spicy (but don't worry, it still has some good heat to it), and doesn't hit you over the head with vinegar. But, if making hot sauce isn’t your thing, swap out our recipe for your favorite brand. Tourlami All Purpose is really what makes this sauce shiiiinnnnneeeee. Butter breaking when laminating? It’s probably because you’re working with it at too cold of a temperature. While Tourlami is a butter alternative, it must be used within its own set of parameters- which means working with the butter warm. Around 70°F (when laminating) to be exact. This Chocolate Caramel Tart kinda rocks. We jazzed it up with some cocoa nibs in between the rich chocolate ganache layer and the smooth caramel jam. Recipe available on our IG and at tourlami.com/recipes
