The property was acquired via TriGate’s fourth fully discretionary fund and is congruent with both TriGate’s retail strategy and also its dislocation strategy. TriGate acquired the #hotel in conjunction with #jointventure partner TCOR Hotel Partners in 2018. The #partnership completed upgrades to rooms, bathrooms, corridors, FF&E and case goods, and was able to increase #revpar from $80 at acquisition to $98 at the time of sale.
