"I had the pleasure of spending the morning with Nazar and learned so much about the work that goes on in the Chemistry section of the lab. He is a master of juggling all the pieces that go into processing and sending lab results to our clinicians. Nazar is a rockstar!" ⭐

Yesterday, our senior leaders hosted a breakfast for colleagues celebrating 90 days at TriStar Southern Hills. This monthly breakfast is a great opportunity to not only recognize a milestone, but also to have conversations about their experiences as a new team member. It's We Show Up Wednesday! ⭐Today, we celebrate David Bone, Chaplain at TriStar Southern Hills. David plays an instrumental role in providing connected compassionate care. He is always there for not only our patients, but also for our colleagues and greater community. This program allows leaders to shadow various departments and learn more about what they do each day. It's also a valuable bonding experience to get to know our colleagues better. Wendy recalled, "I had such a great time working with the Cath Lab team. Not only are they an incredibly talented team, they were so much fun to be around! I learned so much, and I was so impressed with their patient care. Can't wait to go back!" 💙

Meet Nicole, clinic manager at Family Practice Associates of Southern Hills. CEO Nick walked over to their building, right next to our main hospital, and spoke with her and Dr. Brust. Dr. Brust said, "Nicole has been at our practice for about 10 years. She started off as an x-ray tech, and then grew her skillset and embraced being a leader. What I appreciate about Nicole is that if there’s a need, she’ll jump in and do it. You don’t have to tell her. She’ll tell us, ‘I’ve got your back.’” Thank you, Nicole, for always showing up for our patients, colleagues, and community!
