As we enter the home stretch on Engineers Week, we are pleased to shine the spotlight on Jeff Dillon and Justin Rotello – engineers at our Pine Bluff kraft mill who are both graduates of the highly regarded Colorado School of Mines. Jeff, who joined the team as a mechanical project engineer in 2022, oversees capital expenditure and major maintenance projects, navigating the entire process from scoping to installation. Jeff enjoys the range of tasks, spanning from desktop studies of drawings, processes, and equipment to addressing mill-based challenges and contributing to breakthroughs. In March, Justin will mark his one-year anniversary with Twin Rivers. Justin’s responsibilities focus on the back end of the mill, making process improvements in recovery, the pulp mill and caustic. Justin enjoys interacting with and learning from the mill operators and states they are a great source of information. Kudos to Jeff and Justin – we appreciate and value your contributions! #twinriverspaper #paperindustry #engineersweek #EWeek2024 #engineering
