Made my first ever video review for a film. Chose to do a Tamil film that I have been really excited to watch over the last year. Always wanted to do these reviews and have had lots of things to say, but for one reason or the other I haven't shared my thoughts like this.

Twist Visuals celebrates its 1,000 subscriber milestone today. Took some time for YouTube analytics to catch up but it's here now. Thank you all once again so much for the love and support. YouTube isn't the end-all-be-all. But I certainly believe in its potential of virality for filmmakers.

Hong Kong is considered currently as the most expensive city to live. Although it may affect middle and upper classes of people in their living standards, those who get most affected are those already in poverty or are homeless. This short film was made to potentially show the feelings of someone in poverty in an expensive city. The video was shot in the Central area, one of the most important business areas in Hong Kong. It was a good experience filming and working on this video.

Glad to see this getting 500 views. A good amount of views on one of my videos after a long time. Gonna continue making these types of travel videos/videos catered to tourists (whether I travel or not).

Just here to announce the first ever festival win for Twist Visuals with WOOD HOUSE, a featurette (between a short film and a feature length film) about two writers trying to write their books while dealing with relationship problems and tragedies. When I first submitted to the festival, I expected nothing of it due to bad experiences with film festivals on my first film. However, this time, I really made sure most of the things were as good as it could be (especially the sound), and it made a world of difference. I can't be anything but happy and honoured that something I made got awarded like this after working hard for so many years. But this is still just a stepping stone. There's a long way to go before making the films in exactly the way I want, and expressing myself the way I want. I hope this will lead a way to more opportunities in the film world. Also, thank you so much to all the people who supported the film and my journey over the years. Really means a lot!

Happy to announce that our Hong Kong produced indie film WOOD HOUSE has gotten into the Quarter-Finalist at Rameshwaram International Film Festival 2024. The final results would come on 28th May 2024 UTC+8.
