Without the support of a safe and stable home, summertime can be a particularly challenging time for children. But thanks to our Boys & Girls Club at UMOM, the youth on our campus can find a sense of belonging and support during the summer months. From 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, our club provides a safe and positive environment for children, complete with meals delivered by our Residential Dining Services. Here, kids can participate in a variety of activities, from tutoring to art, music, and physical education classes. Our priority is to build a strong foundation for our youth, offering opportunities and setting expectations, while also creating a fun and supportive atmosphere. With your help, we can continue to provide quality services and help our children find academic success, develop good character, and create healthier lifestyles this summer. Every child who joins our Boys & Girls Club also receives a free year of membership, funded by UMOM, to help them settle into their new home and neighborhood.
