Congratulations to our ambassador of the month, Michael Blancher! Michael is a night shift security officer at the hospital in Smithfield. CEO, Tom Williams, commends Blancher for setting a positive example in his department. “He listens to concerns, addresses them, and collaborates effectively with the emergency and behavioral health departments where he’s assigned,” Williams said. Before joining UNC Health Johnston three years ago, Michael retired from the state’s Department of Adult Correction. “I feel blessed to have found such a great job after my retirement with the state. My skills and experience have served me well,” he said. Join us as we celebrate Michael’s contributions to our team. #OneGreatTeam
