Phi Chi Theta is a National coeducational Professional Fraternity in Business and Economics. The purpose of this fraternity is to promote the cause of higher business education and training for all individuals; to foster high ideals for everyone pursuing a career in business; to encourage fraternity and cooperation among people preparing for such careers; and to stimulate the spirit of sacrifice and unselfish devotion to the attainment of such ends. The Zeta Rho Chapter of Phi Chi Theta at the University of South Florida was founded in the Fall of 2018 by a group of business students looking to change the culture of business fraternities on their campus. By integrating their three pillars of Professional, Philanthropy, and Social, they are quickly becoming USF's premier business fraternity. With a GPA requirement of at least a 3.0, the Zeta Rho Chapter is looking to promote academic excellence within the Muma College of Business.

Meet Nicolas Castillo, one of the University of South Florida Muma College of Business 25 Under 25 Award honorees for 2023-2024. 🏆 Nicolas Castillo always dreamed of studying in the United States, which became a reality when he enrolled at USF. Majoring in finance, his passion for understanding money and markets led him to join the American Red Cross Club and the Investment Club, where he gained hands-on experience. Earlier this month, four Zeta Rho Officers, Justin Kwitchoff, Morgan Cardillo, Jed Castricone, and Lucas Hill attended the Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity Central-Southern Regional Meeting in Atlanta. Our Chapter placed for each regional category award and was generously awarded two of the three National Event awards! These accolades symmetrically align with our pillars of Professionalism, Philanthropy, and Social Development. We are very proud of the hard work that our Officers pour into our Chapter and look forward to continuing the development of Zeta Rho throughout the semester!
