Behind the Brand. Founder’s Story 🧡 👋 Wizz here, Valerie's co-founder. Entering my 40s and feeling frustrated by low energy, I have been down a rabbit hole to find natural ways to rediscover my vitality. From working on managing stress, anxiety and poor sleep, I realised that my hormones have a huge part to play, which to be honest I ignored for most of my life. There is so much I want to achieve and having done a lot of work on my mindset and belief system, my body is slowing me down. Age is just a number and we have more opportunities than ever if we understand how to optimise our health. I want to empower more women to feel incredible which is why I am on this co-founder journey. Women’s health needs to be shared, there is power in community, and we can have fun on the journey! 👋And I'm Olly, Valerie's other co-founder. For me, seeing my mother go through the stages of menopause without finding a single nutritional product that could provide any meaningful relief for her many symptoms, brought a huge issue to my attention. I set out on a mission to apply my physiology and nutrition education, passion for product innovation, and career experience in the wellness industry, and bring together a team of brilliant people that could help to close the women's health gap.
