Vanguard adds a new additional SMT Line: Vanguard is pleased to announce the installation of an additional NEW redundant SMT line. The new line includes the following: MPM Momentum HiE II Screen Printer, Koh Young 3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), Fuji AIMEX III pick and place, BTU 12 Zone Nitrogen capable oven and a Mirtec MV7U Omni 3D AOI. The new line partners with our existing, equivalent Fuji AIMEX line and an older Philips line for a combination of 3 SMT lines. The addition of the new line doubles our leading edge SMT capability and provides capacity to support existing and future customer demand.
