This project represents a significant milestone in our portfolio, showcasing our comprehensive capabilities in overseeing all aspects and trades of a large-scale construction project. Empowering Our Teams: CPR Saves Lives! A recent incident at our construction site showcased the incredible importance of CPR training. Thanks to the quick action of our Vaughn Industries Crew, Turner Construction, and ATS teams, a life was saved! Having CPR skills isn't just crucial on job sites; it's vital in everyday life too. The onsite employees trained in CPR were able to kickstart the lifesaving process before EMS arrived, ultimately ensuring the survival of their coworker. Meet CASEY - Warehouse Administrative Assistant with Vaughn Industries for over 20 Years! #wicweek2024 “During my final year of college, I joined the Carey ACE Hardware store. My dad had been in construction during my childhood, and among my sisters and me, we could always provide him with any tool he needed for his home projects. I figured, "Well, I've seen Dad use plenty of tools; I can handle working in a hardware store. What I don't know, I can learn." Initially, I juggled part-time administrative duties and inventory tasks. I didn't have a concrete plan for post-graduation, but as my time drew nearer, I was offered a full-time position: mornings at ACE and afternoons at the Vaughn warehouse. When you're surrounded by good colleagues in a great company, the choice becomes clear. Eventually, I transitioned to full-time warehouse work exclusively. As time passed, I assumed increasing responsibilities as colleagues transitioned to other positions within the company. It's been over 20 years with Vaughn's, and I eagerly anticipate many more."

Meet ALLISON - 2nd year Pipefitter Apprentice. #wicweek2024 “Sophomore year of high school I had a passion for learning how to weld, so I enrolled in Tri-Rivers Welding program and attended there my Junior and Senior year. Vaughn’s came in and talked about their apprenticeship program and the pipefitting side of things and it struck my interest from the start! I love seeing the end result of hard work and projects coming together from start to finish, it’s a rewarding experience. I encourage women to get out of their comfort zone and to try new things!
