Happy #NationalHealthCenterWeek to our members, and all federally qualified health centers! FQHCs are a critical part of the U.S. healthcare system, ensuring that anyone who walks through their doors has access to high-quality affordable care. This week we send a special shout-out to everyone who makes FQHCs what they are. Thank you!

About us
Virginia Community Healthcare Association (VCHA) is a non-profit membership organization that serves as the primary care association for Virginia’s 30 community health centers and look-alike health centers. Membership in VCHA is open to all Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alikes operating delivery sites in Virginia. July is Disability Pride Month! We celebrate Disability Pride every July to celebrate the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on July 26, 1990. This year’s theme is “We Want a Life Like You.” It reflects the disability community’s fight for life experiences that they are too often denied. Folks with disabilities are students, employees, leaders, and engaged members of their communities and families – but far too often they are not given the opportunity to explore these roles. The Arc of Northern Virginia has webinar and workshop opportunities to better understand disability and disability pride and justice. You can view those at https://lnkd.in/eP9fX5SH. #DisabilityPrideMonth #DisabilityVisibility
