VIA (#Vibrantz in Action) is driven by the belief that we become the best versions of ourselves when making a positive impact. Our #VIA program engages employees through philanthropic activities that improve our local communities. For the second consecutive year, our Villagrán, Mexico, facility led an 'Adopt a Tree' initiative, planting over 280 trees on-site and at employees' homes. The team selected native species requiring minimal water for maintenance and used recycled PET plastic bottles to craft slow-drip irrigation systems. We are thrilled to introduce Vibrantz’s Regional Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager for South America, Ricardo Schwarzer Filho. Ricardo joined the Vibrantz team just ten months ago and recently participated in our 'Alive & Well' safety training program, which he found meaningful due to its focus on the power of words.

We’re excited to introduce Luis Felipe Oscoy Delgado, Vibrantz’s PERC and Wet Milling Production Manager who has been part of our team since 1997. Luis completed our Alive & Well safety training program at his site in Villagran, Mexico where he gained familiarity with various methods that he found particularly impactful.

At Vibrantz, being a responsible global citizen is central to our corporate strategy. Our Villagrán, Mexico site is a shining example of what that means to us.    Last quarter, the Villagrán team focused on recycling through our Vibrantz in Action (VIA) philanthropy program, partnering with Banco de Tapitas A.C., a nonprofit that turns bottlecaps into plastic pellets to fund medical care for children with cancer.   The Villagrán plant has delivered over 2,800 pounds of caps and prompted internal recycling efforts that have recycled more than 13,000 pounds of PET plastic bottles. Meet Miguel A. de la Fuente, Vibrantz’s Multisite Manager for Llodio, Spain and Doicesti, Romania, who joined our team in June 2022. Miguel recently completed our ‘Alive & Well’ safety training program which gave him an opportunity to exchange experiences and best practices with colleagues from around the world.

Today, we’re excited to introduce Tabitha Densmore, Vibrantz’s Senior Supply Chain Manager at our Penn Yan, NY facility, who has been part of our team for 22 years. Tabitha recently completed our 'Alive & Well' safety training program, where she learned practical tools for managing safety performance and reinforcing safe behavior. Since participating, she’s been able to apply these tools across her sites. 

Safety is at the core of all we do at Vibrantz, and we believe that investing in safety is investing in our people. Recently, we hosted a safety training program, Alive & Well, at a few of our sites. This comprehensive program was designed to ensure safety is integrated into every aspect of our work and empower our employees with the tools they need to create a safer environment. The training focused on practical safety leadership skills that are both informative and directly applicable to our daily operations.
