About us
Volunteer UP Legal Clinic connects clients facing legal barriers to their success with South Jersey attorneys who volunteer to provide high-quality pro bono legal services not otherwise available to make a difference in the lives of those in Camden and its surrounding communities. The Clinic assists clients with many types of legal issues that are common to low-income persons, including, but not limited to, bankruptcy, civil rights, drivers’ license restorations, employment issues, expungements, family law, government benefits, health care, immigration, landlord-tenant matters, municipal court fines, wills, estates, probate, powers of attorney, and more. Clients include veterans, returning citizens, those with mental health and addiction issues, and families at risk of becoming homeless, among others.

As a Staff Attorney, you'll assist tenants facing eviction, helping stabilize individuals and families, and prevent homelessness.
