On June 25, the Phoenix Arts & Innovation District received unanimous approval of its $5.5 million incentive package and multifamily rezoning from Jacksonville's City Council. This win allows Phoenix Arts to continue with the next phase of their regenerative placemaking project, which will bring creative offices, community gathering spaces, event spaces, affordable art studios and galleries, retail, and more to #DTJax. We couldn't be more excited about this milestone for our client partner!
