📣 Exciting Announcements at We Inspect 📣 We are thrilled to announce three highly anticipated promotions of individuals who have demonstrated their dedication to We Inspect's mission. 🌟 🔎 Haider Rangwalla moving onto Field Inspector 2 🔍 As Haider moves into the Field Inspector 2 role, he will be training our new inspectors in the field, sharing his professional "how to" on meeting and exceeding standards when providing inspection services, as he has done throughout his time with We Inspect. With Haider and Davidson Garway in the training chair, our new field inspectors are in great hands! 🌞 Kacey Willers promoted to Travel & Scheduling Specialist 🌞 In this role, Kacey will be entrusted with working more independently, as well as initiating projects within T&L and collaborating on projects cross departmentally! Kacey's work throughout her time with us has been outstanding & we are so excited to see her take on her new responsibilities. 💫 Rachel Kent As Associate Director of Knowledge 💫 Rachel has put her all, not just into our marketing efforts and initiatives, but in being a leader to her amazing team. This new position will require her to take her current responsibilities to the next level, by playing an even greater role in independent strategy development and overseeing multiple segments and products. Rachel has shown her dedication to our company and it's people, and we know she will continue to exceed expectations! We are so happy to be able to move these folks along in their journey with us. We have no doubt they will be just as successful, if not more, in their new roles and we are so excited to see all they will accomplish in their respective departments! 🎉 ✨

🎉 April Work Anniversaires 🎉 As April comes to a close, we reflect on the workiversaries of three phenomenal team members. 🙌 🏠 Davidson Garway 🏠 Davidson has strived for greatness, not only in his day to day duties at We Inspect, but even outside the workplace. Whether it’s going above and beyond the standard in each position he’s taken on, being a great trainer for our new inspectors, or seeking out his Masters Degree in Environmental Geology, which he is set to graduate from in May! 🔎Jordan Santo🔍 Jordan's highly detailed and thorough approach to inspections has showcased his dedication and commitment to excellence in his role. Jordan's strong attention to detail and adaptability has brought so much ease to our work flows, client relations, and training procedures. It has been great watching Jordan grow and continuing to stay true to We Inspect's mission and vision! 🎆 Lara Bluhm 🎆 Lara’s dedication to our unique client base and undeniable expertise of the The Dust Test has brought about so much success. Lara’s developed systems, processes, and workflows, that have created such a positive impact to the client onboarding experience, customer support, and every step in between. Lara’s hard work has spread beyond customer experience, showing itself in her cross departmental collaboration. Lara has not only taken ownership of her role, but also in being a great colleague! 🎊 Our Final Celebrations of Q1 🎊 Recently, we had the pleasure of celebrating the workaversaries of three more awesome teammates from our Operations, Reports, and Inspections team. 🙌 🔎Haider Rangwalla🔍 Haider's start with us was all but smooth, with tons of huge houses and very long days. Nonetheless, he rolled with the punches and continued working hard day in and day out to keep making a good name for We Inspect! He has a great eye for detail and is a joy to be around both in a work environment and at company festivities. He never fails to add energy and value in any setting, no matter what. 📝 Gabriela Mendieta Johnson 📝 It goes without saying that Gabi has had a major impact on the organization since she started as the solo member of our reports team back in February of 2022. Since then, she has not only led an incredible team of report writers, but has put client satisfaction and understanding at the forefront of everything she does. Her detail-oriented nature encompasses our mission as a company to empower people everywhere with the tools and services they need to create healthy homes. 🕴Connor Klug 🕴Connor began his journey with We Inspect, assuming the pivotal role of leading our Empowerment team, driving growth that we could only dream of four years ago. In Connor’s current role of Director of Product and Systems, he has proven to be a versatile and indispensable asset in shaping our organization's product development landscape. The multifaceted responsibilities of his role, encompassing new product development, product ownership across departments, strategic planning, leadership and team development, highlight the vastness of his contributions. These individuals are just as dynamic as the nature of their work and have always maintained the balance of constant procedural improvement and managing priorities that each of their roles entail. We are so happy to have each of them as colleagues and can not wait for more years together! 🌳 🏠

Her ability to turn travel chaos into smooth journeys is unmatched, making each trip an adventure for our inspectors! 💸Dion Thomas💸 Whether it’s working alongside the People Operations team to tame the beast that is payroll, taxes etc., verifying that the appropriate funds come in and out the door, or giving our leadership the guidance to make the best decisions for the financial wellbeing of We Inspect, Dion’s work makes an impact in countless ways throughout our organization! Kacey and Dion keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine, always putting their best foot forward, and excelling at their jobs. Their positive attitudes have brought so much joy to our team, even during the most hectic of times. We are so excited to see all that they will continue accomplishing as they grow alongside us. 🌎🚀
