  • A mentor can be a game-changer in your career journey. Here’s how to find and benefit from a mentorship: 🔎 Identify Potential Mentors: Look for individuals whose careers you admire. They could be professors, alumni, or industry professionals. 💬 Make the Ask: Be clear about why you want them as a mentor and what you hope to gain from the relationship. 🤝 Be Open and Receptive: Be willing to accept constructive feedback and new perspectives. ⏰ Set Regular Meetings: Consistent communication is key. Schedule regular check-ins to discuss progress and challenges. 🔁 Give Back: Remember, mentorship is a two-way street. Share your experiences and offer support to your mentor as well. A strong mentor can provide guidance, support, and invaluable insights that will help you navigate your career path successfully. 🌟 If you're interested in becoming a mentor to a WFF Scholar, apply by completing this form https://lnkd.in/eX2Xh4gf #MentorshipProgram #Mentor #CareerGuidance #HBCUPride #WFF
