WinnDevelopment’s Vice President of Energy and Sustainability Darien Crimmin speaks on the implementation of strategies that tackle both the state’s housing and climate challenges. The project is WinnDevelopment’s first all-electric, combustion-free historic adaptive reuse project, utilizing air to water heat pump and high-efficiency VRF technology.
