I have a question for my network: If your company is using Salesforce and/or Zendesk and/or Jira, do you have someone in-house who can act as an Admin (not the classic Admin that only gives or takes access to other users, but a total Admin, someone who can enhance, improve, automate, or even implement a new module)? 🤔 I guess the answer for most companies is No. ❌ So, if that's the case, what would you do? Hire an FTE or a freelancer to work on the specific need? As almost always, it depends, right? 😒 I suppose what would make the difference here is finding the perfect balance between expertise and cost-effectiveness. 🤝💼 And also, consider the specific need, which could range from a simple improvement to a complete overhaul or a full implementation. 🔄🔧🚀 But for sure, it's most probable that the improvement, enhancement, or even a full implementation has a starting and ending point; hence, having a freelancer might work better. 🤩💻💡 I'd love to read you all. #CRM #LatAmExperts #LatAmFreelancers #Zendesk #Salesforce #Jira
