Scott Wolfson will host three roundtable discussions at the State Bar of Michigan’s Real Property Law Section summer conference in Traverse City July 17-20th. His “Bankruptcy Overview for Landlords” will provide an overview of bankruptcy concepts as well as key considerations for landlords when facing a tenant bankruptcy.
