During COVID-19, Worldwide's # one focus has been the safety of our team. We immediately began communicating with employees including near weekly All Hands calls with company leaders. We implemented many policies and programs to keep team members safe, including closing offices, restricting travel, and providing PPE, among other actions. We also developed programs to keep employees connected: virtual coffee breaks / happy hours, safety contests and wellness programs like Walker Tracker + more.
