Building 754 at the West Virginia Regional Technology Park (WVRTP) offers a warm shell and warehouse space with a prime location in South Charleston. There is approximately 9,000 sq. ft. of office space ready for a build-to-suit project on the building's second floor. Available warehouse space is on the first floor (1,000 sq. ft ) with exterior entry and exit points, including a roll up garage door.
