Co-initiated project and co-led conceptual design and detailed business plan development for use of smart glasses in wireline telecommunications field operations. Smart glasses can provide instructional, visual overlays and live video communication capabilities to assist technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs (IMR), thus improving their safety and productivity to reduce operating expenses. Gained leadership support and now executing go-to-market strategy.
