“Aaron came to Reinke a touch over three years ago to help us bring in house an application that was developed over the course of twenty years by an outside vendor. In his role as Senior Engineer on the project he successfully setup the infrastructure needed to bring the application in house. He trained myself and others in the tools used to support the code base and allowed a successful turnover from the vendor to in house personnel. He has introduced Agile into the developer group and helped us work with Jira and other tools. Aaron has helped maintain the existing VB.Net code while pinpointing existing problems in the code and slowly eliminating. He set up our Azure capabilities and helped in integrating the application into our existing ERP system. He has introduced automated testing tools such Gherkin and White. He converted the old install process to use Fexera Installshield and created a streamlined update process using wyBuild. Aaron helps support Reinke dealers both domestically and internationally. Aaron has a passion for what he does and I have been consistently impressed both with his work ethic and his ability to resolve complex issues. Having worked with Aaron for the last three years it is my belief he would be great asset in a variety roles. He is a strong coder. He understands both the software, hardware and network sides of the world. He has also shown a willingness to jump in and tackle problems. Aaron has shown a willingness to share knowledge and ask questions when needed. From my perspective as project manager Aaron is a solid contributer to the team. ”
