See projectProduced a professional music video for the facility. The video theme was based off Carerite’s National Nursing Home Week theme of “Not all heroes wear capes” and showcased the facilities staff and Medical Team in a beautiful way. The facility is proud of each and every staff member- all true heroes for their residents. New partnerships in care were also showcased; respected incredible doctors and NPs that work nearby hospitals and private community practices.

This program was designed as an interdisciplinary approach to preventing falls at our community through spreading awareness and a detailed clinical process.
