    girls. It is named in honor of Ethel Harvey, GSCNC President from 1972-1978. The award
    is unique in that selection is made by girls who choose from among nominees the one
    they feel best exemplifies the criteria outlined below. The award is presented annually at
    the In Your Honor ceremony.

    Criteria for selection: a Girl Scout Junior or Teen in GSCNC who has not received this
    award…
