Not only do I learn something new, but I also expand my network, which is crucial in the world of venture capital.

You should consider the value you can provide to the startup beyond capital. Financial investment alone often isn't enough to ensure success. Do you have connections in the startup’s industry? Can you offer technical assistance? Can you identify synergies with other companies? Providing intangible resources can be the key factor between success and failure.

For instance, market research, financial modeling, and technical due diligence often require specific expertise. If you lack proficiency in these areas or if someone on your team possesses deeper knowledge, delegating such tasks can enhance efficiency and accuracy.
