The Case reflects real challenges that business’ and IT are currently facing across industries. Assignment was to compose a plan as directed in the case study, and develop an executive presentation ready to be delivered in New Orleans in National level competition organized by BMC in ITSMF Conference.

The major concentration of the case study was on IT Service Management and its collaboration with PMO.

SharePoint Migration from 2007 to 2013, as part of continuous improvement.

Scenario Grab@Pizza is a very successful company selling millions of Pizza’s every year. But after 6 months in the current year, the sales figures are far below expectations. The CEO urged the Business Manager to make a challenging recovery plan. This plan is based on a 6 month strategy to bring the sales and profit back on target.

System Analysis and Design project for improvement and automation of Purchase Order System at Xerox, included analysis of as-is system and presenting the functional design of to-be system. Project extensively covered concepts of Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagram, ER Diagram and model.

Gained knowledge in Excel shortcuts, Functions, V-Lookups, Pivot tables, Data formatting, Macros (VBA), P/L, NPV, XNPV, IRR and other financial concepts
Built different models in MS Excel by understanding the problem statement and provided solutions for better decision making

I worked as a Project Manager for this project in a simulated environment. This activity was part of my curriculum for course Software Project Management (MIS 6360). 2) Clustering using kmeans in R
3) Decision tree in R.
4) Logistic Regression in R

> Successfully migrated more than 20 major reports which are used on daily basis for Project Management and Monitoring the performance

Build Reports for Stakeholder to monitor the number of days projects take in different stages, which helped in reducing the lifecycle of projects by 8-10 days.
