You're contemplating a career change and facing fear of failure. How can you overcome this obstacle?
Failure should not be feared. The only true failure is when you stop trying. You are pushing yourself outside your comfort zone. We learn from small setbacks. Make a plan. Identify people with whom you should be speaking, people that are in the space/roles you are targeting. Embrace their insights and learn from their experiences. Identify which of your skills are transferable and what new skills you need to develop. Then modify your plan and continue to network. It's all about the relationships. Continually work to strengthen the relationships you've made along the journey.

What do you do if you're asked about your ability to prioritize tasks in an interview?
Being able to reflect on real-life examples allows you to demonstrate why you prioritized certain tasks the way you did and how those tasks impacted the final outcome. If possible, try and align your example to a stated or implied objective of this target company Allow the interviewer to "mentally" place you on his/her team, and assess how your prioritization would assist in the accomplishment of their goals.
