You’re looking to accelerate sales for your business. What software can help you do it?
Sales acceleration tools are still tools. To get the desired results, training and implementation are a must. How much time you spend learning the tool and using it will have direct correlation to your desired results. Garbage in, garbage out is perfect here. If you don't understand how to use the system and what it is designed for, you will hate the tool and likely stop using it in the future (or use it poorly). Watch the videos Talk to customers Ask for use cases Work the strategy outside the system before you implement all this work and change into it.

You’re struggling to find the right sales intelligence tools for your team. What are your options?
Not all tools are alike. The key to a great enrichment tool is making sure they have the data for your industry and clientele. Don't pick one because your friend uses them. Investigate and talk to their sales team to understand if they have the data you need for your company. Otherwise, you end of wasting time and money on a tool that doesn't give you what you want.

Your sales team is struggling to keep up with the competition. What software tools can help you gain an edge?
There are many tools out there to help you with automation: Salesloft, Outreach, Hubspot Sales hub and more. The key is understanding what you are doing with the software. The tool by itself is not strategic. The quality of what you put into the software is what you will get out. Avoid large fully automated email campaigns. Do partial automation campaigns and part manual. For example - the email structure can be the same. Hi [first name] and your CTAs may never change. Your one liner about your company may not need to change. Those things can be automated and copied. But you want to personalize or customize the message to the recipient so they know it was written specifically for them. Mass emails that are for everyone don't work.

How do you move from discovery to proposal?
Conduct customer interviews to learn where they were scared and hesitant during the buying process. Record the discussions and use them in your future sales. That knowledge can change how you ask questions, what questions to ask, and how you can demonstrate your knowledge.
